Crunchy Crab salad recipe

Earlier this spring, we were in Bermuda and I had the most amazing crab salad. It was crispy, crunchy, savoury and spicy. I ordered it 3 times within a week (no shame). Upon our return, I figured I had to recreate this delicacy. I promise, you will not be disappointed with this "salad".


This recipe is for a single serving (or a large single serving)



Ingredients

Thin ribboned romaine, 1 lettuce head

4-5 sticks of chopped imitation crab

1/2 of an avocado, in small cubes

1/4 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cup crushed potato chips/tempura crisps

Spicy mayo dressing

Chopped green onions, garnish

Roasted sesame seeds, garnish


Directions

  • Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl and enjoy!


It's as simple as that!
